Seminar "Kam rūp students?"

Kam rup students? (KRS?) is a three-day motivational and inspirational seminar that brings together young and attractive student council activists every autumn to improve their knowledge about student councils and the Student Union of Latvia as institutions representing students, through various simulations and educational lectures. Alongside the educational lectures and simulations, each of the participants gets a dose of motivation and inspiration thanks to the stories and advice of interesting and bright personalities. I was part of this seminar for 4 years. First as a participant, in 2017 as a coordinator of participants, 2018 as a help for main organiser team and in 2019 as a main organiser. We created a new concept for KRS? which gave this seminar a much bigger sense, structure and logic. In 2019 we also received a prize "Project of the year" competing with every student event in Latvia. We as a team did everything - finance and sponsor attraction, content creation (inviting lecturers, creating energisers, simulation, activities etc), technical production, PR, visuals, communication.
