RTU Winter games "Briedīši"

As a Head of Sports and Culture events I created structured brainstorm session with department activists to come up with new idea for winter event. We created RTU Winter games "Briedīši", where teams of 4 students participated in paintball, winter volleyball, big Jenga and individual activities. Event was a success and has happened every year ever since.
